Can I get results from Zumba Fitness?



For sure, a regular Zumba Fitness class can burn as many as 800/1000 calories per hour long class, depending on the instructor while Zumba Toning helps trim inches and tones up your muscles.



I have been taking classes but not losing weight, what do I do?



This can be the result of many factors. First and most important is your eating habits, some people eat right through their workouts. It could also be that you need to change up your classes as your body will get used to one type and stop working.



My weight has gone up, why?

CANADA’S NATIONAL SLEDGE TEAM ROSTER ANNOUNCED FOR 2015 IPC SLEDGE HOCKEY WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP

Essex County represented by Corbin Watson.



Hockey Canada announced Wednesday the 17 players who will be a part of Canada’s National Sledge Team at the 2015 IPC Sledge Hockey World Championship, taking place April 26-May 3 in Buffalo, N.Y.



Canada’s roster includes two goaltenders, five defencemen and 10 forwards. Twelve of the 17 players (Arsenault, Bowden, Bridges, Dixon, Dorion, Gemmell, Larocque, McGregor, Rempel, Watson, Westlake and Whitson) helped Canada win a gold medal at the 2013 IPC Sledge Hockey World Championship in Goyang, South Korea. - In Play! Spread Out Offense Paces Windsor Express To Game 1 Victory

The Windsor Express struck first in the 2015 NBL Finals with a 113-104 win over the Halifax Rainmen in Game 1 on Wednesday night.



Chris Commons had a game high 33 points and also collected 6 rebounds in the win.



Windsor took an early 18-7 lead over the Rainmen, closing out the quarter up 28-22. - Windsor Express

My Zumba Fitness Journey

Most of my blog entries are telling you about Zumba Fitness specifically. Now I want to share with you my journey into Zumba Fitness and why I teach it.



My journey started about eight years ago. The gym I belonged to was playing Latin music one day when I had come to work out. I naturally asked, “Why the Latin music?” They had said they were starting a new program at the gym called Zumba Fitness. I asked when the class was because  I wanted to check it out. -

(ORANGEVILLE, ON) Windsor has run out
of leeway in the Central Conference Finals after falling 119-111 to the Brampton
A's in Game 4 on Friday night.

The loss now puts
them behind three-games-to-one in this best of seven series.

Unlike the
previous two games, this contest went back and forth for the duration, with
Brampton clutching onto a 26-25 lead after the first quarter.

Windsor Express Sluggish Start Ends With Game 3 Loss

(ORANGEVILLE, ON) After Windsor orchestrated a brilliant first quarter in Game 2, the Brampton A's authored a classic of their own in Game 3, earning a 125-103 victory over the Express at the Athletic Institute in Orangeville on Wednesday night.
